He is also an alumnus of the Senior Executive Seminar
from George Marshall Centre for European Security Studies, Garmisch, Germany;
the Defence Intelligence School, UK where he attended the International
Intelligence Directors Course as well as the National Intelligence University,
Washington DC where he participated in the International Intelligence Fellows
Programme. He was also a Directing Staff at the Armed Forces Command and Staff
College, Jaji and the National Defence College, Nigeria.
Major General Ndagi was at different times: Senior
Instructor Combat at the Nigerian Army Intelligence School, Assistant Direct
Joint Operations at the Defence Intelligence Agency, Commander 1 Division
Intelligence Command, Kaduna and the Director Intelligence Production Centre in
the Nigerian Army Intelligence Corps. He had tours of duty with the ECOWAS
Monitoring Group in Liberia and Sierra Leone before returning to Sierra Leone
as a Military Liaison Officer under the United Nations Integrated Office in
Sierra Leone (UNIOSIL). He was also the Director Defence Affairs at the Office
of the National Security Adviser, where he co-chaired the Cameroon-Nigeria
Transborder Security Committee with a representative of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. He is currently the Director General of the Defence Research and
Development Bureau.
